User Privacy Choices

To request a copy or summary of account data associated with your Study Share account, email team@studyshare.app with the subject line “Privacy Request.”

Include the email address connected to your Study Share account so we can verify the request before sharing account-specific information.

If account details are inaccurate, contact us at team@studyshare.app and describe what should be corrected.

Some profile details may also be editable directly in Study Share where the app provides profile or account settings.

Study Share users may request deletion of their account data by contacting us at team@studyshare.app with the subject line “Privacy Request.”

If an in-app account deletion option is available, users may also use that feature directly inside the app. Current Study Share app builds include an account deletion action in the Profile area.

Deletion requests may require account verification. Active subscriptions may still need to be managed separately through Apple ID Subscriptions or the payment provider used for purchase.
