A few helpful details
What does the guarantee cover?
Your first paid Study Share subscription on any website plan. We refund the full amount you actually paid, including applicable tax, to your original payment method. The guarantee is available once per student and does not cover renewal payments. Free plans and fully discounted purchases have no payment to refund.
Do I have to meet any study requirements?
No. There's no minimum study time, question count, practice test requirement, or official score comparison. You're covered automatically, with nothing to activate and no need to explain why you're requesting a refund.
What if I subscribed through Apple?
Apple handles App Store payments and decides refunds under its own policies. Request your refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Manage or cancel your Apple subscription in your device's subscription settings; emailing us cannot cancel Apple billing.
What if I just want to cancel?
You can cancel future renewals through your account's billing settings or contact us for help with website billing. Canceling alone does not request a refund. To get your money back, email us within 30 days of your first payment.
What about an earlier purchase?
This policy applies to first payments made on or after October 21, 2026. We honor the guarantee offered when you purchased. Contact us if you have a question about an earlier purchase.
